Sukha Shala Done-For-You Content License Terms
By purchasing Done-For-You content from Sukha Shala, you are granted a special license to use the materials within your yoga business in accordance with the following terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the materials but provides limited rights for use.
1. Grant of License
Sukha Shala grants you (the “Purchaser”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Done-For-You content (the “Materials”) solely for incorporation into your yoga business.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use the Materials for the following purposes:
2.1 Use the content in social media posts, workshops, and class series that you teach.
2.2 Customize the content by adding your own name, business logo, colors, and branding.
2.3 Use the materials to educate and engage your audience.
2.4 Use the content to promote your offerings such as classes, workshops, retreats, and memberships.
2.5 Access any future updates to the content at no additional cost.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
3.1 Resell, recreate, distribute, or sublicense the Materials in any editable format (e.g., Canva templates, Google Docs, Word, or other customizable formats).
3.2 Claim ownership or authorship of the Materials as your own original work.
3.3 Recreate or repackage the Materials into your own Done-For-You offer for sale.
3.4 Use the Materials in a way that competes directly with Sukha Shala.
3.5 Publish the content as a book or Kindle publication.
3.6 Transfer, assign, or sell this license to another person, business, or organization.
3.7 Allow your clients, customers, or students to reuse, repurpose, or resell the Materials.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in and to the Materials remain the sole and exclusive property of Sukha Shala.
4.2 Non-Exclusive Use
Purchaser acknowledges that other yoga professionals may also purchase and use the same Done-For-You content. No purchaser has exclusive rights to the Materials.
5. License Violations and Penalties
Failure to adhere to these terms constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in:
5.1 License termination without refund.
5.2 Legal action, including financial penalties for unauthorized use.
